About the job

As part of the corporate communications department, you will be responsible for ideating and implementing social, web and digital marketing strategies.

Identifying tactics and activating those through content, website, and marketing automation. You will support the team with social media efforts both organically and paid (LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram) as well as with email marketing and other promotional projects.

You will work closely with the communications team and the different business units to extract content, streamline and plan, and promote this digitally.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Manage the development and execution of the company’s digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEM, SEO, marketing automation, social media, email marketing, website and online advertising campaigns. Working closely with business units in assessing their digital marketing requirements.
  • Project managing the CPX business website. Ensuring regular content updates and maintenance. Coordinating with the agency and internal technical teams to ensure the quality and consistency of design, functionality, and content.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as Sales, Security Business Units, designers, and vendors to create and deliver engaging and relevant content. Ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and support the team in email marketing communications.
  • Manage the company’s social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram) – creating a calendar of posts/ content and engaging with online community in collaboration with the communications team.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the performance and effectiveness of digital marketing activities and social media. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and KPIs.
  • Oversee budgets, allocate resources effectively, and report regularly on campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Keeping abreast with social media trends, cybersecurity insights and new digital marketing technologies.
  • Assist digitally with trade shows and conferences such as GITEX, GISEC, etc by creating promotional material and landing pages.
  • Assist with digital and social media requirements for clients if needed.

 

Education

  • We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or related field and experience with marketing automation and B2B social media sites.
  • You will be someone that is self-motivated, can work individually and as part of a team, and has the ability to organize multiple deadlines while demonstrating flexibility, ability to organize, and deliver high quality.

 

Minimum Work Experience

  • 4-7 years

 

Skills/Certifications (Technical & Non-Technical)

  • Digital advertising and marketing experience in a B2B company, preferably Tech
  • Experience in project managing website build.
  • Strong track record in the creation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Strong technical knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.) and Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console etc.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs, like Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Knowledge and understanding of SEO optimization
  • Experience in agency relationships and management
  • Quick learner with passion for technology
  • Detail-oriented and effective at managing and prioritizing multiple tasks
